Scrapping and Spa-ing Weekend Retreat
Registration-Please read all the way thru before registering
Please register by filling out the form below. We will e-mail you a confirmation note to let you know a space is being held for you. If you do not get one with in two days, please e-mail us immediately to make sure that you are registered. Many e-mails do get sent to peoples spam folder. To eliminate this, please mark us as an accepted e-mailer.
Everyone needs to fill out a registration form,
including roommates and tablemates.
If your roommate is unable to register,
please register them to ensure they get a spot.
Each registration must have the name of the person that will be attending the event. Duplicate registrations will automatically be deleted and do not count as two registrations.

If you are replacing a registrant with in two weeks of registration, please pay via paypal. You may visit PayPal and making payments to scrapbooking@creativecrops.net
I am unable to accept paypal at this time, unless it is with in two weeks of the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel at least 28 days before the event, you will get a full refund minus a $15 processing fee. If you cancel 15-27 days before the event you will receive a full refund minus a $30 processing fee. If you cancel 7-14 days before the event, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, no refunds or credits will be given.
