FRIDAY
Chocolate Fountain with fruit and a whole lot of other goodies to dip in an overflow of fabulous chocolate.
There is a restaurant in the hotel you may go to for dinner as well. Check out their website for more details. http://www.clarionshepherdstown.com/Section.asp?article_id=16. You may make reservations if you like by calling the front desk (304-870-7000) and asking for Rumsey's Tavern.
SATURDAY
Lunch is make your own sandwich with platters including roast beef, turkey and cheese, ham and cheese, corned beef on rye, and tuna salad, egg salad, pasta salad, and cream of potato. Dessert: Fresh baked cookies.
DINNER is a buffet with vegetable lasagna, grilled salmon, and marinated juicy chicken with california green salad, marinated vegetable salad, coordinating side dishes, and assorted cakes and pies for dessert.
SUNDAY
Brunch is a full brunch buffet that will includes: Omelet station, cheeses, fresh fruit, shrimp, meats, waffle station, tons of sides,and a huge array of other brunch selections.
All meals will include coffee, decaf, hot tea and iced tea.
We will have snacks (healthy and not so healthy), coffee and tea in the hospitality suite throughout the weekend. Some of the wonderful snacks provided are strawberries, veggies and dip, blackberries, granola bars, popcorn, lots and lots of candy and cookies, bananas, apples, cheese and crackers, etc..... All fruits depend on availibility at the market:)
